Thanks to the CVCC for hosting this event and to the volunteer instructors for all their time and dedication to help produce safe, responsible and ethical hunters. Volunteer instructors included Steve Pauloski, Corky Roethel, Pete Klizke, Hunter Pauloski, Tyler Deaver, Dick Wallen, John Alseth and Royce Curtis.

39 Hunter Safety students in the regular class successfully completed the certification testing on 3/11 and 3/13. 24 of those students came to the CVCC on 3/15 and shot .22 rifles at the CVCC shooting range. This was followed by award of certificates and patches plus a CVCC blaze orange Hunter Safety hat. A noon meal for the students and their families was provided by the CVCC (Thanks to Gary, Paul, Bruce and Scott!).
