CVCC Sponsored "LEARN TO PHEASANT HUNT" at Badgerland Pheasant Farm Oct. 2nd

Would you like to learn to hunt pheasants? Here’s your opportunity. The Coon Valley Conservation Club, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and Badgerland Pheasant Farm are co-sponsoring a Learn to Hunt Pheasant program at Badgerland Pheasant Farm S2047 East Ridge Road, Westby, Wisconsin on Sunday October 2, 2015 beginning at noon. We should complete our activities by 4:00 p.m.
Included in the day’s activities are: an introduction to pheasant hunting’s rules and safety measures, a presentation by Shawna Stringham, Vernon County Game Warden, target shooting with clays, an individually guided 2 Rooster hunt, and instruction on how to clean your birds. This is not restricted to youth hunters, but is open to anyone who has not participated in a Learn to Hunt Pheasant program or who has never purchased a pheasant license in Wisconsin.

When you register, you will need a DNR customer number. If you do not have such a number, we will help you obtain one. Registration is limited to 20 participants. Please register by September 29.
